Vehicle Crimes Unit needs help finding hit & run suspect/vehicle that killed 42 yr old woman. 1900 Ft. Worth Ave.
On October 17, 2009, at 9:45 pm, a 42 year old female was attempting to cross the street in the 1900 block of Ft. Worth Ave. when she was struck by a vehicle that was traveling Westbound. The victim, who’s next of kin has not been located, died at the scene. Witnesses to the accident described the suspect vehicle as a mid 1980’s Ford Bronco, two-tone in color (beige/possibly dark green). The vehicle should have damage to the front end, a broken headlight and damage on the hood. This offense was documented on service # 309643-W.
