Detectives released this composite to the public to aid in identifying the White man, 44 to 60 years old, suspected in as many as two rapes of women from Skid Row.

"We are still piecing together statements from our victims to determine if these two, or other rapes, are related to the same suspect," said Lt. Paul Vernon. "But whether related or not, two women kidnapped, bound, and raped is serious enough to warrant an alert to the public."

This man is middle aged, driving a cargo-type or Econo-type van, which could be blue/green, tan, or brown, with horizonatal stripes on the sides and no windows.
