UPDATE on Missing Boy: Clothing Description
August 10, 2010 (MINNEAPOLIS) The clothing worn when Jevonte Victor was last seen is believed to be a dark blue t-shirt with an orange basketball player design (see attached similar design) on the front, dark blue shorts, possibly made of denim, and red, white and black Air Jordan athletic shoes. Jevonte may have been seen in the area of 15th Avenue South and Lake Street East around 9 am.
Once in the past Jevonte hid from relatives and was later found in a nearby yard under a boat. Residents in south Minneapolis are asked to check garages, storage sheds and in/under vehicles to see if Jevonte is hiding there.
Anyone with information about Jevonte’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or 612-673-2345 from outside the City.
August 10, 2010 (MINNEAPOLIS) This morning the Minneapolis Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a missing nine year old boy who apparently wandered out of his home during the night.
The boy, Jevonte Lynell Victor, is described as a black male, 5’01” tall and 70 pounds with a medium brown complexion and short natural hair. The only clothing description available is that the child is probably wearing black, red and white Air Jordan basketball shoes.
Jevonte was last seen in his home in the 3600 block of Park Avenue around 4:45 am. He recently moved to the area and may be headed to the area of Lake Street East and 17th Avenue South where he attends a day program. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Jevonte or can provide any information about this case is asked to call 911 in Minneapolis or 612-673-2345 from outside the City.
