Traffic Advisory 
Beginning Monday, August 9th, 2010, Phase II of the George St. Beautification Project will begin. The George St. intersection at Bayard St. will be closed from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday.
Bayard St. will be closed to "Thru Traffic" accessing George St. from Neilson St. Bayard st. will open to local traffic only. Bayard St. will be a two way street during this closure to allow local traffic to exit once their business is conducted. Bayard St. will return to a one-way st. when the intersection opens at 3:30pm.
Bayard St. from George St. to Elm Row will also be changed from one-way to two-way traffic during the closure, permitting vehicles to access parking lots and loading zones. Bayard St. will return to a one-way st. after 3:30pm.
George St. will be closed from Paterson St. to Bayard St.
Livingston Ave., Liberty St., and George St. Intersection at Livingston/Liberty St. will be reopened to normal traffic patterns.
