The PSPD in conjunction with the Office of Neighborhood Involvement invites you to a free safety seminar.

The Palm Springs Police Department in conjunction with the Office of Neighborhood Involvement is offering FREE to the public a Community Awareness Academy. The three-session seminar will feature experts in their respective fields offering instruction designed to keep your family, your property, and even your pets safer.

Palm Springs Police Chief David Dominguez said, “My staff and I appreciate this opportunity to demonstrate that our philosophy of ‘Partners in Public Safety’ is not just a motto, but a core principal that guides our organization on a daily basis. I encourage our citizens to take advantage of this valuable training.”

The second session is coming on Saturday, November 7 from 8am to noon at the Palm Springs Police Department. Experts will be on hand to discuss Safeguarding your Computer Identity, Street Drugs, and Hate Crimes.

The seminars are open to anyone throughout the Coachella Valley. There is no cost to attend, but reservations are required.For further information or to register for any of the classes call (760)323-8101.
