The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Special Victims Bureau is requesting help from the public to identify the suspect of child sexual abuse.

On August 3, 2010, a 12-year-old female victim reported that while looking at music CD’s inside the Cerritos Target store, the suspect approached her and stood very close to her. The suspect momentarily looked at the CD’s then fondled the victims chest area over the clothing. He then grinned at the victim, apologized, and left the store.
