Burglary Suspect Apprehended by Police after Foot Chase on Car Stop 
LOCATION: Evesham Road Glendora Section of Gloucester Township

On 08/01/2010 at approximately 13:22 hours Officer Wynne # 200 conducted a motor vehicle stop on Evesham Road in the Glendora section of Gloucester Township. Before the vehicle came to a complete stop the front seat passenger exited the vehicle and threw an object into the rear yard of a residence.
Additional Units arrived on location and assisted with the investigation. Officers located the item thrown and it was determined to be stolen property. Further investigation assisted by the Gloucester Township Criminal Investigations Unit revealed that the suspect had burglarized at least six unlocked vehicles earlier during the daytime.
The investigation led to the recovery of over $7000.00 in stolen property. Victims were identified and notified by the Police, however some victims have yet to be identified.
Suspect was charged with Burglary, Theft, Obstruction and remanded to Camden County Jail in default of Bail $10,000 - 10% bail. Suspect is identified as: Anthony Mountes from the 100 block San Diego Drive, Magnolia N.J. 08049.
