On Thursday, July 29, 2010, the contractors for the Carroll County Judicial Center will be conducting soil tests at the construction site. These tests will feature three loud blasts. This is a routine procedure for a building of this size, and it will be heavily monitored to ensure the safety of any adjacent properties.
