Fire Drill being conducted at Blackwood Lake on 07/29/10 from 0900-1200. Expect road closures and detours. 
Fire Departments and Emergency Services of Gloucester Township will be conducting an Emergency Drill to
be better prepared for swimming related emergencies that typically occur in the heat of the summer. This drill
will include a rescue from a water spillway and boat operations in a lake.
The drill will be conducted at the Blackwood Lake located at the intersection of West Church Street at
Blackwood-Barnsboro Road in Gloucester Township, this Thursday, July 29, 2010 from 09:00 am until
approximately 12:00 pm.
Motorists should avoid the area during this time as the road will be completely closed and detours will be
posted.
