Mast Road Sewer project announcing extension to blasting through 7/30. Periodic road closures are expected to cont.

GOFFSTOWN - The Goffstown Sewer Commission announces a time extension on the blasting related to the ARRA funded “Mast Road Sewer Project”. Blasting is now expected to last until Friday July 30, 2010. Mast Road will be periodically closed during blasting operations as required and then reopened to one lane of alternating traffic flow. Delays should be expected in the work zone. Daytime thru traffic should use the recommended alternate detour routes to avoid unnecessary delays which are expected Monday – Friday, approximately 7:00 am – 4:00pm.

Please note that after blasting is completed, main line sewer construction down Mast Road for Phases 1-3 will continue over the next few months.

This notice, a detour map, project updates, the construction schedule and plans will be posted on the Town’s Web site under ARRA Projects. Please contact; Bob Marchesseault, who is the full-time construction inspector with Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, at (978) 987-6670 with any questions. Thank you for your patience during this very busy construction season.
