BURGLARY/THEFT ARREST
One individual has been arrested and charged with a theft related offense, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Lola Fauls, 42, of Attalla, was arrested and charged with one count of third degree burglary and one count of second degree theft of property, both are felonies,” states Investigator Josh Morgan.
Fauls allegedly stole a concrete saw, propane tank and an industrial cutting torch set from a residence on Wesson Lake Road in Attalla. The incident occurred on July 15th.
Fauls was charged on July 16th and has since been released on bond.
