National Night Out, America’s Night Out Against Crime is TUESDAY, AUGUST 3 from 7PM-9PM in CIVIC PARK. 
The St. John Police Department will be hosting the 3RD Annual National Night Out. The event is to heighten crime and drug awareness, generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime efforts; strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
From 7pm to 9pm on August 3, residents throughout St. John and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their outside lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors and police.
