Names from today's prostitution decoy operation 
There were a total of four (4) individuals arrested today during our prostitution decoy operation. The last individual was not arrested for interfering after all.
His actions did not meet the criteria for that charge. Below are the names of the four guys arrested for misdemeanor B prostitution:
Curtis Odell Kirby

He was the very first guy arrested.
Christopher J. Middleton
B/M/1-10-85
He was the one with the child in the car. He was taken to Parkland Hospital for evaluation; complaining of heat illness.
