Suspect:
Suspect 1: Hispanic male adult, mid 20s, medium build, approx. 5’7”, dark hair possibly in a ponytail. Last seen wearing a white tank top, dark baggy pants, and white shoes.
Suspect 2: Black female adult, 20s, large build, approx 5’6”, dark hair. Last seen wearing a black top, white pants, and dark shoes.
Suspect vehicle: White four door mid size vehicle
NARRATIVE: On 7/14/10 at approximately 3:30 pm, Walnut Creek dispatch received a call reporting an armed robbery had just occurred at the Broadway Plaza parking structure located on Broadway and Mt. Diablo Blvd. Officers who were in the area responded and determined the described male suspect had approached the lone female victim who had just parked her vehicle. The suspect, displaying a handgun stood outside the victim’s open door and demanded money. As the victim got out of her vehicle, the suspect turned and fled the area.
The suspect had been seen moments earlier accompanied by the female suspect. As the male suspect fled the area, the female suspect was seen leaving the in a white mid size four door vehicle.
An area check for the suspects and vehicle was negative.
