Bloomfield Public Health Nursing is offering a new clinic-Vaccines for those 19 years and over.
Available Vaccines include:
Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis (TDap)
Meningitis Vaccine (Menactra)
Pneumococcal Vaccine (Pneumovax 23)
Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine (Gardasil)
There is a one-time registration fee of $15 and an adminstration fee of $10. Vaccines are FREE.
