From July 8th through July 11th NO PARKING will be allowed on Beard Ave N between 35th and 36th Av N. 
During Whiz Bang Days (July 8th through July 11th), there will be NO PARKING allowed on Beard Ave N between 35th Ave N and 36th Ave N. This street will be used for the parking of emergency vehicles.
