Northwest portions of incorporated Moorpark, Meridian Hills, and Championship Dr.
West of Balcom Canyon Rd. at Bradley Rd.
Donlon Rd.
Solano Verde Rd.
Coyote Canyon Rd.
An evacuation center has been setup at the Gobel Senior Center, 1385 Janns Rd. Thousand Oaks.
