On 06/25/10 Deputies received a call of a Kidnapping and Rape.


Regarding the Kidnapping, Rape



Additionally, Kidnapping, Burglary and Battery 2nd charges will be pending.



In a report from Jacob Louton, Louton says that the suspect’s demanded money and drugs, ransacked the house and then stabbed him in the chest. Louton was transported to the hospital by Kellar and was treated for a stab wound to the left chest.



At this point investigators are still working on the case and none of the suspect’s have been identified.

The report states that the victim’s, Rebecca Kellar (25yo w/f) and Jacob Louton (28yo w/m), were at their residence at 152 Sequoyah Loop in Garland County when three (3) black males came in the front door. Kellar says that the suspect’s had bandanas around their faces and that they pushed her down and put a pillow case over her head, then tied her hands and feet. Kellar was then raped with an object.

During this time, Kellar was struck in the face and head several times and her home was ransacked. Two suspects, who are yet to be identified, then put Kellar and Louton in the back seat of Louton’s extended cab truck and drove them to a location on Discovery Bay Road in Hot Springs.

The other suspect, yet to be identified, drove behind in the suspect’s vehicle. The victim says she heard numerous gunshots at that location.

She heard the suspect’s get into the suspect vehicle and drive off. Kellar was able to get her hands and legs loose and drove to St. Joseph’s hospital where a sexual assault kit was taken.

At this point investigators are still working on the case and none of the suspect’s have been identified.
