Suspect: Andrew Lipiansky, 26 year old white male, resident of Walnut Creek.

NARRATIVE:

On 6/10/10 at approximately 2315 hours, WCPD Officers began a domestic violence investigation. The suspect was reported to be at his residence on the 2700 block of Oak Road and possibly in possession of a handgun. WCPD SWAT and Crisis Negotiations Team deployed in the area and then contacted the suspect at approximately 1000 hours. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Suspect was then booked into county jail for domestic violence, false imprisonment and sexual battery. His bail was set at $75,000.
