I made contact with the defendant at female intake and executed the above listed warrants on her. After executing warrants on Ms. Goodson I returned to service.

On 06-08-2010 I, Officer R. E. Craig III of the Oak Ridge North Police Department, was advised by Oak Ridge North PD Det. Jim Ford of a burglary of a motor vehicle report at 402 Heather Ln, Conroe, TX. 77385. Once out at the location, I met with the Complainant, Robert Kozak, w/m, xxxxxx. Kozak resides at 402 Heather Ln. Kozak advised me that he parked his vehicle on the driveway at approx 9:00 pm last night. He said that he locked the doors and set the alarm on the truck. He then advised me that this morning around 10:00 am he went outside to get in his white 2004 Ford Ranger truck (TX LP 64VCY1) that was parked on the driveway. When he went to unlock the driver's door he noticed that he had a hard time unlocking the door. That's when he noticed that his driver's door lock had been jammed and pried open. After making entry into the vehicle he noticed that his center console and glove box had been rummaged through. He noticed that his Garmin GPS (model 860i Nuvi) valued at $300.00, Sony Cool Pix camera valued at $150.00, a nylon gun holster valued at $50.00, misc. change, and 4 - musical CD's were missing from his truck. He also stated that several of the personal belongings behind the seat had been rummaged through as well. He then stated he noticed a garage door opener was missing from the sun visor of the vehicle. He said that the garage door opener went to his mother's house. He then thought he needed to call the Police to make a report of the burglary and that is how we were notified of the incident. While I was out taking the report I asked Kozak if he checked his green 1966 Chevrolet Suburban (TX LP 2GTZ06) that was parked right next to his Ford Ranger. He said yes the suspect(s) took a box that contained a Holly 4 Barrel carburetor valued at $300.00 and other misc. car parts from his suburban. He did not notice if anything else had been taken from this vehicle. Kozak did not have the serial numbers for the Garmin GPS 860i or the Sony Cool Pix camera. Kozak stated that if he found the serial numbers for any of the items stolen he would call us back so we could add it to the report. Case number 10P000472 was issued to this incident.

There were several other BMV'S in the general area during this same time frame. The reportees in these BMV's stated that there vehicles had just been rummaged through and they did not wish to make a report but rather just make us aware of the incident.

She advised that on 06-07-10 at approx. 1945 Hrs. she was walking her dog, "Rudder", in front of her home in the grass of her front yard. As Degraff was walking her dog in her own yard, Degraff advised that she observed a white and brown boxer running towards her direction from 202 Hillside Ct. (Goodrick residence). The dog then attacked her dog, biting down on the back of Rudder's neck. Degraff advised that the force of the attacking dog knocked both her and her dog onto the ground and into the ditch. Degraff said that she attempted to fend the attacking dog off but was unsuccessful. A short time later a W/M came running from the 202 Hillside Ct. address, later identified as Brock Goodrick, TX DL #xxxxxx. Goodrick then restrained the dog and took it back to the residence. Goodrick and his younger brother chased after Tayson. When they approached the dogs, Goodrick observed that Tayson had the other dog by the neck. Goodrick stated that he broke the dogs up and upon visual inspection, neither dog received any injuries. He then took Tyson to the back to the residence.
