Shots Fired
Sunnyside, WA- At approximately 10:35 last night Sunnyside Police along with assistance from Yakima County Sheriff’s Office and Washington State Patrol responded to a drive by shooting in the area of 13th and North Ave (300 block of 13th St) in Sunnyside. The victim, Justin Cavasos, a 21 year old Zillah resident, received a non-life threatening injury to his ankle. He was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.
