Arrested for Possession of crack cocaine and marijuana with intent to delivery 
Last night at approximately 10:30 p.m. Officers located what appeared to be a broke down vehicle at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Highway 67.
The driver of the vehicle was located a short time later walking back to the vehicle from the Comfort Inn. Officers developed reasonable grounds for further investigation. A K-9 drug dog was brought to the scene from Bettendorf Police Department. The dog indicated that the car contained drugs.
A search of the car yielded 21 grams of marijuana and 10 grams of crack cocaine. The other two subjects where located at the Comfort Inn and brought back to the scene. One of the subjects had two more baggies containing 5 grams crack cocaine in his possession. All three were placed under arrest for a total of ten felony charges. Charged at this time are:

· No tax drug stamp (felony).
· Possession with intent to deliver marijuana (felony).
Joshua G. Porter, 28, Chicago, Illinois
· Possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine (felony).
· No tax drug stamp (felony).
· Possession with intent to deliver marijuana (felony).
Kevin T. Garnet, 27, Chicago, Illinois
· Possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine (felony).
· No tax drug stamp (felony).
· Possession with intent to deliver marijuana (felony).
