Residents of Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach and Lemon Grove can bring their cats to the SNAP mobile veterinarian-staffed bus on June 8 to have them spayed or neutered. SNAP (Spay Neuter Action Project) will provide the service at a low or no cost for each cat. This service is provided for cats three months and older.
