Orlando Class, 51, of New Windsor was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on June 8.

Roy S. Waterton, 53, of Cormorant, MS was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $200 bail and is due to appear in the town court on June 7.

Robin Corneby, 47, of Chester was charged with two counts of Dog at Large, a Town Code violation. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on June 14.
