Beach Area Traffic Congestion 
SDPD Northern Division advises the public that Pacific Beach and Mission Beach parking lots are filled to capacity. Citizens are advised to use alternate means of transportation.
As of 1300 hours, the Beach Diversion Traffic Plan will be enacted. Only residents who live in South Mission Beach will be permitted to drive into the area.
This is expected to last several hours.
