DRUG ARRESTS

MILLERSVILLE

On May 24, 2010, at approximately 10:00 a.m., detectives from the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Special Enforcement Section executed a search and seizure warrant at 129 Sylvan Avenue in Millersville. The search warrant was in reference to a month-long investigation into drug activity occurring at the residence.

During the investigation, two subjects were located in the residence and subsequently arrested. Upon searching the residence, detectives located and seized eight suspected marihuana plants estimated at over $2600.00, 17 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms with an estimated street value of $170.00, 16 grams of suspected marihuana with an estimated street value of $320.00 and 120 poppy plants with an estimated street value of $360.00. In total, the CDS seized had an estimated street value over $3,500.00

Eric Frady was charged with Possession of marihuana, Possession with intent to distribute marihuana, Manufacturing marihuana, Possession psilocybin mushrooms, Possession with intent to distribute psilocybin mushrooms, Manufacturing psilocybin mushrooms and Manufacturing opium.

Evan Frady was charged with Possession of marihuana, Possession with intent to distribute marihuana, Manufacturing marihuana, Possession psilocybin mushrooms, Possession with intent to distribute psilocybin mushrooms and Manufacturing psilocybin mushrooms
