On May 19, 2010, an individual described as a white male, 5'8" to 5'10", 165 pounds with grey hair and a mustache, accompanied by a knee-high dog (short haired, white with black on head) was seen observing children at play. This individual approached a young boy trying to engage in conversation about his dog. When approached by a citizen who lives nearby, this individual fled the area in a white 90's Toyota or Datsun pickup with a white topper and Idaho plates (no numbers provided).
