Memphis Police has located the person responsible for both Johnnie's Market AND Memphis Party Store Breaking&Entering

Good Evening, the Memphis Police has performed a thorough investigation in the two break ins which occurred this month (one at Johnnie's Market and one at the Memphis Party Store). We identified the person responsible for the actual breaking and entering into both businesses and recovered evidence from the Johnnies break in. The person is a juvenile, and has been charged with 2 break ins and malicious destruction of property in both businesses.

After the juvenile broke into Johnnies, two more subjects came in and stole various items. Both of the subjects were adults. We have identified one of the subjects, and have charged him with breaking and entering. We are now requesting community's assistance in locating the last subject. Subject is an adult, and was wearing a hat and a shirt or jacket when he came into Johnnies. His photo is attached. A better video / picture / description is in the process of being developed.

The break in occurred early morning of April 3rd, 2010 at Johnnies Market. If you have any information leading to identification of the last suspect, please contact Memphis Police (810) 392-2144.
