Woman Arrested on Drug Charges After being Pulled over. 
On Tuesday, April 20, 2010 Patrolman Wester was patrolling Route 202 South when his attention was drawn to a Chevrolet Cavalier traveling at a high rate of speed.
The officer stopped the vehicle and discovered that the
vehicle was not registered, had no insurance and that the driver, Katherine Wong, 21 of Elmwood Park was driving with an expired driver’s license.
The officer conducted a search of the vehicle and located less than 50 grams of
marijuana.
Wong was arrested, issued summonses for Speeding, Possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Expired Driver’s License, Using the Registration of Another and two
complaint summonses for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana.
Wong was ROR’d and given a court date on May 5, 2010 at 6 PM.
