Free 911 Cell Phones are available at the Walnut Creek Police Department. 
As you may know, WCPD is working with the 911 Cell Phone Bank to distribute free Motorola Cell phones to community members who cannot afford one. This cell phone will provide a link to Emergency Services via 911 in your time of need. This is a free service and will help connect community members to 911. Please contact Sgt. Conley at (925) 256-3519 if you need a 911 cell phone or if you know someone who could use a 911 cell phone.
