County Wide Burn Ban Goes Into Effect May 1, 2010 
The Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services has announced that a county wide outdoor burning ban goes into effect on May 1. No burning will be permitted by residents or developers during this time until the ban lifts on October 1.
