Several vehicle windows damaged on S Ferry/E Fremont/Charles Streets. Suspect apprehended. 
August 7, 2009 - Several vehicles were damaged on S Ferry, E Fremont and Charles Streets in Monroe. Officers responding found broken windows from rocks that were thrown through them.
The suspect, a 15 year old male from Everett was taken into custody. Charges are being forwarded to the Snohomish County Juvenile Prosecutor's office.
