A 19 year old female from Bloomingburg was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failure to pay a fine on a misdemeanor offense. In addition she was charged with Bail Jumping in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $600 total cash or $1,000 secured bond and is due to appear in the town court on April 13.
