The Mercersburg Police Department is releasing information about a recent crime/crime activity near your address.
Sometime between 9:00 a.m. on July 31, 2009 and 9:a.m. on August 1, 2009, Theives pried open and damaged the door on the east side of the Fairview Cemetery maintenance building and entered the building. The theives stole two five gallon red metal gas cans each containing five gallons of gas, a bench grinding machine that was used to sharpen mower blades and a John Deere leaf blower.
