Narrative
On 4/2/2010, at approximately 1145 hours, deputies responded to an injury accident at A Street and River Street and a hit and run accident at Santa Fe Street and Surrey Way. It was determined that the suspect in the hit and run accident, John Wilson, was also involved in the injury accident.
Witnesses stated Wilson had collided with a parked vehicle on Santa Fe Street and left the scene without exchanging information. He then collided with the rear of an occupied vehicle at the intersection of A Street and River Street. There was minor injury to the driver and a 3 year old passenger.
Deputies contacted Wilson at A Street and River Street. Wilson was arrested and booked for 23152 (a) CVC-driving under the influence, 23153(a) CVC, driving under the influence and causing injury, and 20002(a) CVC- hit and run. The injured parties were transported to Santa Paula E.R. by ambulance.
