Police Veteran Promoted to Corporal 
Matthew McCormack, a 8 year police veteran was promoted to Corporal of the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department. Corporal McCormack was confirmed by the Eastern Pike Regional Police Commission on March 8, 2010.
Matthew McCormack was an officer of the Matamoras Police Department prior to the formation of the Regional Department.
“Matt is a dedicated and competent police officer who I am proud to have as a Corporal”, said Chief Stewart.
Corporal McCormack is a police bicycle instructor for the department, as well as, the community events
coordinator.
Matthew is married with two children and runs his own landscaping business on the side.
