Description of incident: On the above date at approximately 1230 hours, the above listed suspect was driving observed driving slowly and weaving on Route 22 and was stopped for the violation. Solorzano later failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued a summones for driving while intoxicated and careless driving. He was later released to a friend pending an April court date.

Incident: Dwi arrest

Suspect: Michael J Eustice (44)

Address: Flemington New Jersey

Officer(s) involved: Ptl. Raymond Mackiewicz, Sfc. Joe Greco

Description of incident: On the above date the above listed officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at an address on Plesant Run Road. Prior to officers arrival the above listed suspect left the residence to avoid officers. While Sfc. Greco was responding to the dispute he observed Eustice’s vehicle traveling on Plesant Run Road and later stopped him. After Eustice failed field sobriety tests he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Eustice was also found to have (2) warrants out of South Plainfield Township for $528.00, which he was unable post bail on. Eustice was later turned over to South Plainfield Township and no charges were filed during the domestic dispute.
