Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office reported that the missing juvenile -Andrew Flanary- has been located. Andrew was with a friend, he is now home safe with his family.
I want to thank the public, and the Monroe County Sheriff's Department for their help in locating Andrew and for his safe return.
