Suspect: Catley, Jebba: WMA, 41 years old, bald, brown eyes, 5’10”, 160 lbs. last known address is 628 Walnut Ave, Martinez
Suspect Vehicle: 2000 Dodge Caravan, Silver. Ca. Lic. 4MAT640
NARRATIVE: On 3/18/10, at approximately 1230 PM, an astute citizen heard some loud banging coming from a neighbor’s house on the 1300 block of Huston Road. The citizen noticed the front door of the house had been kicked in and Suspect Catley was loading items into his van. The citizen did a great job obtaining a license plate while Catley was leaving the residence and called the Walnut Creek Police Department. Officers responded to the Huston residence while our Detectives responded to the address of the registered owner of the van, in Martinez. Detectives arrived with Martinez Police as Catley began to leave his residence and was stopped. The detectives located all of the stolen property (jewelry and computers) from the Huston Road residence. Catley was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property. He is being held at Martinez Detention Facility on $50,000 bail.
