Fairfield Shooting Arrest Suspect Arraigned 
Preye L. Roberts, 24, of Nutley was arraigned this morning before Essex County Superior Court Judge Peter Vasquez. During the arraignment, Roberts' bail was revoked and he is now being held in the Union County jail without bail. Roberts pled not guilty to the Fairfield charges of attempted murder, weapons possession and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
