• 02/14/10 Larry Wright, 31, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring at Turkey Hill

• 02/21/10 Adam Hames, 19, of Shohola was charged with Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.

• 02/22/10 Gail Popstein, 56, of Port Jervis was charged with Forgery for an incident occurring at Price Chopper.

• 02/22/10 Phillip Leslie, 23, of Glen Spey was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

• 02/27/10 Yolanda King, 30, of Port Jervis was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at American Skate Center.

• 02/27/10 A 14 year old female of Huguenot was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at American Skate Center.

• 02/27/10 A 13 year old female of Port Jervis was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at American Skate Center.

• 03/01/10 Ian Maute, 19, of Matamoras was charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.

• 03/01/10 Anthony Bachetti, 31, of Mill Rift was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, Terroristic Threats, and False Imprisonment for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.

• 03/02/10 John Schauer, 22, of Port Jervis was charged with Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for an incident occurring at the Best Western.

• 03/06/10 Helen Wade, 40, of Matamoras was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at The Grill.

• 03/06/10 Ester McAloney, 38, of Mebone North Carolina was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at The Grill.


The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating several cases of vandalism that occurred over the March 6, 2010 weekend in both Matamoras Borough and Westfall Township. Anyone with information is asked to contact Corporal McCormack at 570-491-4040.

The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department would like to remind all residents to please keep their vehicles locked when they are unattended.
