The Chula Vista Police Department would like to inform of an unusual spike in calls for service in your neighborhoods related to vehicle burglary. We want to make sure that your neighbors don’t become victims. I’ve attached a flyer that provides helpful tips to prevent victimization. Please advise your neighbors, NEVER to leave valuables in view, even if their car is locked. Please be vigilant, if you see anything suspicious call the police department and report the incident.
The central intersections of neighborhoods affected are:
1 - Bay Hill Road at Bryce Canyon Avenue
2 - Battle Creek Road at Santa Rosa Drive
3 - Pueblo Place @ Saddlehorn Drive
4 - Sutter Ridge Drive at Woods Drive
5 - Via Escalante at Paseo Ranchero
