Arrest for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Maintenance of Lamps, Loud Exhaust

On Monday, March 08, 2010 at 0233 hours, Patrolman Chris Heycock stopped Mr. Arteaga on state route 202 for operating his vehicle with a loud and smoky exhaust. While speaking with Arteaga, Patrolman Heycock detected the odor of burnt marijuana and subsequently located under 50 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe inside the car. Arteaga was charged with possession of under 50
grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, Maintenance of lamps, and loud exhaust.
