On Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 2058 hours a concerned motorist called in a suspected intoxicated driver driving westbound on state route 22. Patrol
located the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and asked the driver, Williams, to perform several field sobriety tests. Williams was arrested for driving under the influence after he failed to satisfactorily perform the tests. While the officer was searching Williams after his arrest, Marijuana was located in
his pocket. Williams was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, driving while suspended, failure to maintain lane, failure to exhibit insurance, failure to exhibit registration, failure to inspect,
possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Dennis M. Ayala, 28
Neshanic Station, NJ 08853
On Friday, March 5, 2010 at 2340 hours, Patrol stopped Ayala on state route 202 for failing to maintain his lane of travel. The officer detected the odor of marijuana on Ayala's person and located under 50 grams of marijuana in his pocket. Ayala was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain lane.
Michael T. Pinho, 22

On Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 0001 hours, Patrolman Greg Wester was on routine patrol on state route 202 when he observed Pinho traveling 100 miles per hour in the northbound lane. Patrolman Wester stopped Pinho and while
speaking with him, detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Pinho was arrested after failing to satisfactorily perform several field sobriety
tests. He was charged with driving under influence, reckless driving, and speeding.
Robert S. Oneil, 51
Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889
On Sunday, March 7, 2010 at 0123 hours, Patrol stopped Oneil for failing to maintain his lane of travel on state route 22 westbound. While speaking with Oneil, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and asked Oneil to perform several field sobriety tests. Oneil was arrested for DUI after he failed to satisfactorily perform the tests. He was charged with
driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.
