Individuals have been posing as contractors or utility wokers to gain access to homes. These individuals then divert the home owners attention while the actor attempts to steal items of value. DO NOT allow workers in homes without proper ID. Any suspicious activity should be reported to Lodi Police or 911 immediately. Recent activity has been reported in Lodi and Hasbrouck Heights.
