Detour (limited)

(1) Dexter St. south bound traffic will enter US 23 (S/B) at Dexter St./Smith St., then will exit Plank Rd. for east and west bound traffic into Milan.

(2) Dexter St. north bound traffic will enter US 23 (N/B) from Plank Rd., then will exit Carpenter Rd. for north and south bound traffic into Milan.

(3) County St. west of Dexter St. CLOSED to any westbound traffic.

(4) County St. east of Dexter St. CLOSED to any eastbound traffic (local delivery/use only)!
