Man Arrested for Drunk Driving, Speeding and Tailgating. BAC was twice the legal limit. 
February 26, 2010 at 11:40 PM - Police stopped Jose Chavarria, 50, of Northampton, PA on Route 22 west in Lebanon Boro. Sgt. DeWire observed Chavarria speeding in Readington Twp but had difficulty catching up to him. Chavarria showed signs of intoxication and performed poorly on sobriety tests. He was arrested gived a breath test which showed his BAC to be twice the legal limit. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, and tailgating. He was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail where he would be released after twelve hours or sooner if he found a ride.
