Missing Child LOCATED: Josh Hoover 7 years old has been located and is safe. 
(Paulding County, GA) William Eugene Hoover turned himself in at the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office with the missing child, Josh Hoover, and Hoover’s attorney around noon on February 26, 2010. Hoover is being held at the Paulding County Detention Center with no bond. It is believed that Hoover had been staying in the North Carolina area with the child; however, that is still under investigation.
The child is being interviewed by detectives as part of their ongoing investigation. The child will be reunited with his maternal grandmother who is his legal guardian. Additional information is not available at this time due to the active investigation.
