Full Notification

A Harper Woods High School student was robbed on his way to school this morning. At 7:00am, a student was on his way to school walking near Woodmont and Beaconsfield when a suspect came up behind the student and placed an object to his back. The suspect told the student "Give me what you got". The suspect took the students wallet and other property and fled from the scene. The student was afraid to turn around and was unable to obtain any type of description of the suspect.

We have alerted the school administration of the incident and have increased our presence in the area. Parents are urged to advise their children to be constantly aware of their surroundings.
