National Rx Take Back Day coming to Hoboken this Saturday; Hudson Place Hop stop and bike parking relocated
Drop-off unwanted, expired, or unneeded prescription drugs at four Hoboken locations this Saturday
The Hoboken Police Department will once again be participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Take Back Day on Saturday, April 25, 2026, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to drop off unneeded, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs, no questions asked, at the following locations:
- Hoboken Police Department Headquarters, 106 Hudson St.
- Adams Gardens, 220 Adams St.
- Monroe Gardens, 221 Jackson St.
- Fox Hill Gardens, 311 13th St.
E-cigarette and vaping devices can also be dropped off, as long as the batteries have been removed.

Hudson Place Hop pick-up/drop-off stop and bike parking relocated
Due to the Hudson Place reconstruction project, the Hop pick-up/drop-off stop has relocated from Hudson Place to the east side of River Street, between Hudson Place and Newark Street.
Additionally, existing bicycle parking in the area has been moved, and a new bike parking area with the same number of spaces is now located on the south side of the PATH station entrances.
